I have an4 yr old boy he not diagnosed w immune disorders

I have an4 yr old boy he not diagnosed w immune disorders but he is sick always beenthru cancer testing even hosp at 1 fot potentional kawaskkias he became suddenly ill Sunday very much flu like high fever not responding well to ibprofen tyenol combination.. Diaherria runny nose clear secrections bary cough. As of today fever still in 103 area while on motrin oral suspension and tyenol suppositories he is now constipated belly cramping. Vommiting over 24 hra now can sleep longer then 20 min at time cough wakes him and fever rises. He has slept 4 hrs since Sunday morning just got him to fall asleep ­čÖĆ­čĆ╗he stays he so drainned .. He takes short shallow braths while at rest and cougs almost constantly cough is getting stonger he has been chocking and vommiting when coughing since monday am upon wake up time cries and often dont want to be held cause his body hurts especially his legs eyes are bloodshot and puffy looking especially right one and his fave is blister red from his lips to ears brittle and raw like bad windburn. Is this typcial flu or should he go to doctor...

His symptoms are significant. These do no look to be flu. With his past medical history also; he needs to be seen by his pediatrician so seek an appointment immediately or you may consider going to the emergency room.
