Do you feel pain, swelling, redness?

Do you have any other symptom or illness?

Since when is it happening?

Is there any history of hernia surgery?

Is it on both side?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I've noticed it more over the last couple of months. Not had any hernia problems. Yes both sides are hot. My scrotum doesn't seen to go loose and let my testicles move away from my body. To cool down, when needed.

Thank you for all the information.
There may not be a serious issue here.
Retractile testis can remain up but it should not develop at this age.
There can be contraction of cremasteric muscles from irritation of nerves.
Otherwise, there can be a chronic inflammation.
Prostate inflammation can occur.
As it is continuing for months, I would suggest to take an examination by doctor.
If he feels, he can take an ultrasound examination.
I hope this information helps.
If there’s anything else I can do, please let me know.
If you are satisfied, please rate my answer as good or excellent.
