This is Dr. David

I am sorry you are having this lump.

it could be from a blocked salivary gland from a small salivary stone which can cause swelling of the parotid gland right below your ear and can cause pressure and heat in your ear

you should see a doctor about this lump and get it examined.

if it is a blocked salivary gland, sometimes warm compresses and sucking on hard candy and lemon drops can help push more saliva out of the gland and can help unblock the stone

do you have a hospital or urgent care or ER close to you where you can see a doctor about this lump?
