This is Dr. David

what is your total WBC count?

if your WBC count is normal, that is what is most important.

there are many different types of white blood cells: neutrophils, macrophages, monocytes, lymphocytes, basophils, eosinophils, etc.

your bone marrows makes each as needed to help your immune system keep you healthy.

I want to say that my WBC is 8.2?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
also on my lab work under HIV results was just a bunch of *****
Expert:  Dr. David replied 1 year ago.

that is a normal WBC white blood cell count.

I am not worried about your granulocytes and lymphocyte levels.

your bone marrow knows what it is doing make these cells to help keep you healthy.

do you not understand your HIV results

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
underneath the HIV results column there was no results no numbers just a line of asterisk
Expert:  Dr. David replied 1 year ago.

you must have not gotten the whole print out of the results.

these #'s on my blood work, while they rate as low and high, are normal?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Everything online says that low lymphocytes = HIV....Combine that with the test not displaying my HIV results. ..I'm one terrified woman
Expert:  Dr. David replied 1 year ago.

yes, your levels are ok and not dangerous and normal.

your levels don't indicate HIV.

if you have no HIV risk factors you don't need HIV testing just because of this blood test.
