My name is ***** *****. I have this issue where my vision will fade almost to black. Used to only happen if I stand up too fast, now it happens always for no reason.

How is your blood pressure? The sense of vision fading with standing sounds like you may have too low of blood pressure ...this may be causing low blood flow to the retina or visual cortex of brain ...these may be causes of your visual symptoms

Your blood pressure should be 100 to 135 over 60 to 85 resting ...

This is a possible cause ...

One possible cause would be dehydration ...other causes possible ....
