This is Dr. David

if he is jittery and has high blood pressure, he can go to the ER and see a doctor and get blood pressure medications to help decrease his blood pressure.

given his prior TIA, you don't want his blood pressure to get high.

do you have a hospital close to you where you can take him to see a doctor for evaluation?

Why would he feel so jittery?

it could be from anxiety or from low electrolytes in his blood stream.

or from dehydration or low blood sugar
