this bad odor could be due to gingivitis or H Pylori bacterial infection in your stomach.

there are blood tests and upper endoscopy tests back into your stomach which can test for H Pylori bacteria

this bacteria produces urea gas which can cause your breath to be very bad.

you should ask your doctor about this test

have you had your gums and teeth checked yet by your dentist?
