Sugar in the urine can appear if you have high blood sugar level.
That means diabetes.
You will need to see your doctor for fasting blood sugar and hemoglobin A1c level check.
You need to cut down carbs from your diet.
That means no sugar, dessert, white bread, rice or anything that tastes sweet.
Avoid fruit juice also.
You can have high protein and fat diet --meat, chicken, fish, vegetables lentils, beans ok.
That way your sugar will drop and should not appear in the urine.
Also if you do have diabetes, your doctor can start you on medication to bring it down faster.
Normal fasting blood sugar level should be around 100 mg/dl or below.
It was my pleasure to help you today.
