Sometimes when i am exerting myself in my daily workout

Good morning
Sometimes when i am exerting myself in my daily workout which i believe it is very tough & intense (I do 45 Burpees in a one shot) & i do it 4 times . i feel when finish the 45 wit a heart aches or burning sensation for a seconds .
I did about 6 or 7 months ago a full cardio test :
EKG: Normal
Stress test : normal (reached 107 % of my target range)
Echocardiograph : Dr told me that my heart muscle is too strong . Thanks God
& last week due to a routine Check up of my company they did for me EKG & it was very normal too & also the Dr told me that my heart beat is strong too .
Is this sensation caused by the extreme load on heart while training ?
Is it dangerous to over exert myself like that ?
When should i stop or calm my heart rate during exercising ?
Notice : Just 15 Burpees are very intense so 45 in one set are very Intense exercise .

Though your heart is good and it was confirmed by recent tests, still you should not over exert.

You should do the exercise till you feel alright.

Pain and burning can be due to pressure on the muscles, diaphragm.

May you tell me what is the symptoms of over training or extreme workout ?

There can be dizziness, tiredness, dehydration, restlessness, elevated blood pressure, heart rate irregularity.

You may feel burning sensation in the muscles, muscle cramps, nausea, exhaustion, weakness.
