Customer Question

I received a epidural stroid injection last Monday at C7. The pain is 85% gone but now I can't raise my arm past my chest. Does that sound like rotator cuff

Thank you for your question.

I am Dr Saha, I shall try my best to help you.

Rotator cuff disease can be a factor.

But as it followed an injection in the spine, an injury to nerve needs to be ruled out.

I would suggest to consult your doctor for an examination.

He can take repeat tests like NCV, EMG or imaging.

I hope this information helps.
