Where exactly is the lump and how long have you had it?

By bloated do you mean your abdomen is distended?

Hi there,

This is Dr Basu, experienced Internal Medicine Specialist.

I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.

The lump can be due to the hernia.

Burning sensation suggests gastritis or excess stomach acid related inflammation.

You should get it checked by your doctor.

If hernia, then will need surgical repair.

Burnig sensation can be treated with Omeprazole 20 mg twice daily a strong acid suppressant.

Best wishes,

It was my pleasure to help you today.
