This is Dr. David

you could have strained muscles in your legs, or arthritis.

being a restaurant owner can be very very difficult

you should continue to stretch your legs at night time

you might benefit from soaking your legs in ice baths to help calm down inflammation at the end of the day

also elevating your legs could help as well

you might benefit from more supportive shoes when you work.

you should see a doctor about your legs if your symptoms continue.

and get blood work to check for myositis inflammation of muscles in your legs.

and get an ultrasound of the blood vessels to check for proper blood flow.

do you have a doctor you can see about your legs?
