This is Dr. David

heat in the hands and muscles can be due to neuropathy or damage to nerves.

it could also be due to myositis inflammation of muscles. this can be checked with blood test for creatinine phosphokinase.

autoimmune disorders can also cause this. blood tests for ANA, ESR, anti dsDNA blood test can look for these issues.

an MRI scan of the wrist to look for carpel tunnel syndrome is needed.

an MRI scan of the neck can look for pinched necks in the neck.

you can also see a neurology doctor.

do you have insurance to be able to see a doctor?

how old are you?

what medications are you taking?
