Firstly normal range can vary from lab to lab.
Sed rate is 0-20 mm in 1 hour.
Her sed rate is slightly high.
Her symptoms are suggestive of possible causes like Hypothyroidism,Autoimmune disorder,Liver disease.
So she needs to be seen by an Endocrinologist for a clinical examination.
Further blood work including Thyroid function test,CRP,CBC,Urinalysis,S.Bilirubin levels,Absolute eosinophil count should be done along with CT scan.
She should start a multivitamin.
Also hydrate herself with plenty of fluids.
Eat small meals throughout the day.
OTC Claritin can be helpful.
Oatmeal bath can be tried.
