This is an information request, so please do not rate it at this point.
I am sorry that your question was not answered for very long.
What is your age?
Are you on any medications?
Have you lost weight?
How long did you feed the baby?
Hormonal issues are the commonest cause of reducing the size of the breat. You may get the blood work for following;
1) Thyroid function tests
Lack of exercise (this causes atrophy of pectoralis muscle / chest muscle) also can be the concomitant reason for shrinking of breast.
This is a blood test and your GP can get it done.
I am sorry for the delay. I had an emergency surgery to do. I apologize for your wait.
First thing is that you would regain the size; thus there is nothing to worry. So please do not get depressed. Upper body exercises including shoulder and chest muscles would improve the muscle mass resulting in tightening and augmentation of the breast. Mild massage of the breast too would help. Meanwhile get the bleed tests for thyroid and prolactin with the help of your primary care physician. If these show any abnormality; that would warrant some medications.
Please feel free for your follow up questions.
I would be happy to assist you further, if you need any more information.
