Hi--any ear pain or drainage?

Customer: replied 2 years ago.
No pain, no drainage. Battling a very bad cough and lots of mucus. Was very congested on the flight and ear feels full. Like there is an air bubble.

OK. This is what's called Eustachian tube dysfunction where the tube is partially blocked. You can try treating it with either a saline nasal spray or a saline nasal irrigation system but I wouldn't advise any antihistamines or decongestants since those can actually make it worse. It should resolve itself in a few days.

Let me know if you need any more information please

Even if it had been several days. I just took an antihistamine. Will stop and go buy a nasal spray.
Should I be worried?

Nothing really to worry about but try the nasal spray. If that doesn't help a course of oral prednisone from your doctor will resolve this
