I have had what I suspected was "stomach flu" for 4-5 days, but am feeling much better. However, I now notice that one of my testicles is swollen, but not painful.

Thank you for your question.

I am Dr Saha, I shall try my best to help you.

There can be collection of fluid or hydrocele.

As it is not painful, there is unlikely to be an infection or inflammation.

Sometimes, it can come from a growth.

I would suggest to take an examination by doctor.

He can take an ultrasound examination to know the nature of the swelling.

I hope this information helps.
