if you can't urinate, you should go to the ER right away.

you might need a foley catheter to help get urine out of your bladder.

your severe constipation could be pressing on your bladder to keep you from being able to urinate.

you might need an fleet enema or tap water enema or disimpaction to get your stools to start to move.

you might need strong laxatives like magnesium citrate and drinking lots of water to help your stools start to move

do you have an ER or hospital close to you where they can fix this problem for you?
