hi nurse mandy i'm getting pins and needles in my hands especially my right hand constantly whiloe i'm trying to sleep and today while im sewingand using my right hand im a little concerned

Pins and needle sensation is related to nerve impulses.

It can be due to pinching of a nerve or its root in the spine.

There may not be pain always.
