You are likely having restless leg.
Restless leg syndrome can be difficult to treat.
The cause of restless leg syndrome is unknown in most cases.
It can be associated with heredity, obesity, smoking, caffeine, alcohol, nerve disease like polyneuropathy, hormonal imba***** *****ke diabetes, hypothyroidism, kidney disease.
Deficiency state like iron deficiency, anemia, vitamin & mineral deficiency can also be there.
It can be an effect of drugs like H2 histamine blocker, antidepressants like elavil etc.
You can discuss it with your doctor.
You can avoid smoking, caffeine, alcohol etc if you take at all.
Mirapex, requip in low doses give good results in RLS
The other medicine options of restless leg are carbidopa-levodopa, tramadol,, clonazepam, gabapentin, pregabalin,electric nerve stimulation,etc.
Low doses of narcotic analgesic are also used.
You can massage the legs & gently stretch them, take hot or cold bath.
