Hi there,

Unlikely you have liver failure causing these symptoms --not common with liver disease without any other symptoms.

Your symptoms are due to the nerve compression at the ankle level also known s tarsal tunnel syndrome.

You need proper foot wear --orthotic shoes from a podiatrist.

Please also do foot exercises as shown by a podiatrist.

You can start on vitamin B12 1000 mcg daily and Alpha lipoic acid 600 mg daily to help with the nerve related symptoms.

Best wishes,
It was my pleasure to help you today.
