I'm in Vietnam and suddenly I have pain in my left front upper thigh ???
Do not know what to do as this country is foreign to me.

There can be muscle pain like muscle strain or pull.
A nerve impingement is also possible.
You can do warm application.
Paracetamol or acetaminophen is likely to be available over the counter.
You can take it.
You can take antiinflammatory analgesics like ibuprofen too, if there is no other contraindication.
Sometimes, there can be referred pain from kidney.
If the pain continues or gets worse, I would suggest to take an examination by doctor locally.
