Hi there

There are MRI terminologies to characterize the lesion in the humerus or arm bone.

T1 hypointense refers to the increased uptake of tracer and the T2 hyperintense refers to the high soft tissue pooling.

These findings are consistent with chondrosarcoma.

This is a type of cartilage cancer slow growing usually and can be treated with complete excision.

Ofcourse this can be a benign cartilage mass as well.
