She's had it 2 days the pain is uncontrollable I've given her max if Advil and Tylenolaybe even more than recommended and no relief constant crying I'm on way to hospital what could it be yes a fever low grade off and on and severe pain and red spots and inflamed in throat . Can they give something stronger for pain! And what can this be

Thank you for the information,
I was offline when you replied.
Her symptoms can be pharyngitis or tonsillitis.
It is good that you are taking her to hospital.
Throat swab culture, mono, strep test, blood count can be taken.
If the strep test positive, then antibiotic can be started.
Advil can be better to reduce the pain and inflammation.
Try to give more fluid.
Depending on the test results, doctor can decide the treatment.
Hope she will get relieved.
