3 days ago..there is redness...slight swelling and no blisters. I applied blue emu and solar cane with lids cane and aloe

Aloe vera helps to soothe the discomfort.
You can continue it.
Sometimes, steroid preparations like hydrocortisone cream is needed.
You can also take antiinflammatory pain medicine which would reduce swelling, pain & inflammation.
Ibuprofen or naproxen can be taken if you do not have contraindication to them.
Otherwise, you can take Tylenol for pain.
Sunburn usually heals in 4-7 days.
