Customer Question

I know I am over weight and I have lost some. I have high blood pressure and I am taking medicine. Lately I find I cannot walk much without major deep pain in the center of my back, tightness in my chest, bloating and swelling in hands, short stomach and feet, shortness of breath and extreme fatigue. What do you think?
