Hello,Thank you for your question.I am Dr Saha, I shall try my best to help you.Such symptoms are often found with infection or inflammation of GI tract. As all the labs have come normal, infection may not be there.Sometimes, irritable bowel syndrome can be there. As you are having weight loss, the cause needs to be determined by thorough investigation.I would suggest to consult a gastroenterologist. If you did not have scopes, CT scan, those can be considered. Please try to maintain good hydration.Take oral rehydration solutions, gatorade.I hope this information helps. If there’s anything else I can do, please let me know.If you are satisfied, please rate my answer as good or excellent.Regards.

Hi. I have a different answer for you here First off, I think you need to go to the ER since it sounds like you are dehydrated and need more IV fluids Secondly, this is likely a bacterial enteritis and you need stool cultures and appropriate antibiotics for that Let me know if we need to discuss this further please
