Thank you for your question.

I am Dr Saha, I shall try my best to help you.

It is possible to have injury from oral sex.

This would be present since the act & would gradually get less.

STI like herpes is also possible.

There may not be burning, discharge.

I feel you should take an examination by doctor.

Doctor can advise swab test, if he feels necessary after examination.

I hope this information helps.

If there’s anything else I can do, please let me know.

If you are satisfied, please rate my answer as good or excellent.

I don't think I have an injury from oral sex. I may b sore from vaginal sex. I was with my regular partner the other night and felt a pain when deep inside. It felt like a piece of plastic hitting my pee hole. My regular partner has an IUD but I've never noticed this before and she had it for years. Is it likely the IUD or was it discomfort from an SDI? You mentioned herpes but what about gohnariah or clamitia, syphlis. Are my symptoms not in line with these? Are these SDI easily transmitted orally? Or is the percentage much lower?
Expert:  Dr. Saha replied 2 years ago.

Syphilis usually does not produce symptom so early.

Gonorrhea, chlamydia often produces burning urine, discharge.

IUD has a string outside which may not cause the pain, however rough vaginal pain itself can cause pain.

I don't understand. "Rough vaginal pain can cause the pain". My partner doesn't have any vaginal pain. Do you mean rough sex? And why would it feel like a poke in my penis? Respectfully ***** ***** you don't mind answering the before asked questions are these transmitted easaly orally . or are the percentages much lover? Are my symptoms more like a SDI or an injury. I did see a lab and had them run all the tests by the way. Have to wait for results.

I wanted to mean rough vaginal sex.

Do you have any rash, ulcer or only the pain?
