Well as you describe, you shouldn't ignore your symptoms and consult your doctor for a clinical examination and undergo certain blood tests to check your thyroid, vitamin B12 & Folate, electrolytes, liver function tests, kidney function tests,CBC,ESR,ANA,CRP to rule out underlying causes like thyroid diseases, vitamin deficiencies, liver or kidney diseases, autoimmune disease,Diabetes too can cause these kinds of symptoms.
You will also need an MRI of the brain & spine to look for any structural & functional problems in the brain or spinal cord, or any pinched spinal nerves,Multiple sclerosis because these conditions can produce such symptoms.
Clonazepam and lack of sleep can be contributing factors.
Your blood sugar and blood pressure should be monitored.
You should take OTC Motrin.
Also gentle massage can be helpful.
You should start a multivitamin containing B complex.
Hydrate yourself with Oral rehydration solution.
Take proper rest.
Avoid prolonged hours of driving.
Take short breaks of rest while doing work.
Stretching exercises can be helpful.
