Hello,I am Dr. Aren and I will help with your query. It appears that you have damaged your shoulder joint, there is thickening/swelling and inflammation of the front muscular covering/ring or cuff around the joint. There is injury to the back side of the joint covered by the scapula, thickening with fluid accummulation at the glenoid or back part of the shoulder capsule and cord like ligament. This would be under the beak like structure of the scapula or shoulder blade, there is also damage to the front of the joint capsule and clavicle-acromion(beak of the scapula). There is a tear of the subscapular muscle at the back of the joint beneath the shoulder blade. It would be best to consult a good orthopaedic surgeon and seek his opinion regarding immediate and further management of the injury to the shoulder joint.
Everyday use would not damage it or aggravate it. Though any strenuous work out or weight lifting can damage it further. You may require arthroscopic surgery for repair of the subscapularis and also for removing the inflammatory tissue.
Please feel free for your follow up questions.
I would be happy to assist you further, if you need any more information.
