Hi there,
This is Dr Basu, Experienced Specialist.
I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.
These symptoms are concerning.
The fall likely caused the fracture of the bones.
You need to see your doctor for Xrays to confirm that.
The healing process is slow.
You will need to wear a back brace if possible to rest the area initial 1-2 weeks.
Avoid any overstretching, or bending the back too much.
Also avoid any heavy lifting.
Physical therapy can be started to strengthen the affected muscles.
You should recover in 4 to 6 weeks.
Thank you for sharing your concerns with us today. If you have any additional questions or need further clarifications, please do not hesitate to ask. I am here to answer them. I wish you good health. Regards, ***** *****
