not that I have been diagnosed with. I am deficient on Vitamin K2, borderline deficiency of Pantothenate, Serine. Oleic Acid, and vitamin C

OK. First off there really isn't anything worrisome with the MRI report and certainly it doesn't explain your symptoms.
The nonspecific terminology means that the finding is not necessarily indicative of a disorder or disease but it could indication a bone marrow problem like anemia so you do need a full anemia workup
