Customer Question

Around 11.30-11.45am today I jammed my finger at work between two objects. Ever since I've done that the tip of my finger has this weird numbing sensation, it has swelled up a bit. I can move my finger but it does hurt a little bit. I've also noticed that the bottom of my finger where it bends hurts as well. Is there anything that you could advise me that I can do please?

First off you may have a fracture of a bone in the finger, most likely in the tip of the finger.
You probably also have a tendon contusion on the bottom of the finger
For now you could use a finger splint but the wise thing to do now is have a doctor take a look for an exam and an x-ray.
