best thing is to get the urine bacterial culture to check on what bacteria is growing out in the urine and get sensitivity and resistance antibiotic panel on the infection to know what antibiotic to use.
this is the best way to treat a UTI
has a urinary culture been done yet?
sometimes it can take 24-48 hours for the culture to grow out.
