I can't sleep. I haven't had a proper night's rest in 3 days

Customer Question

I can't sleep. I haven't had a proper night's rest in 3 days (only a few hours worth of naps) and I can't calm myself down because I'm so worn out both physically and mentally that I'm becoming hypersensitive and experiencing severe pain in various nerves, my wrists are hurting very, very badly just to type this. I've been wrestling with paranoia over literally anything that reminds me of my mortality, and am incapable of breaking free on my own. Should I try the melatonin supplement I have access to, or does this sound like I need medical attention? I've tried everything else I can think of, and literally feel like I'm at the end of my rope. What can I do?

Thank you for your question,
I’mCustomerand I’ll try to help you.
Melatonin can help in sleep.
But I feel you need an examination by doctor as well.
All those symptoms like wrist pain, hypersensitivity, nerve pain are unlikely to be related to sleep issue alone.
Doctor can examine & take necessary tests to find out the exact problem.
I hope this information helps.
If there’s anything else I can do, please let me know.
