This is Dr. David
I am sorry you are having this significant bleeding with no bowel movements
you could have another high up hemorrhoid on the inside which is bleeding since you have a history of hemorrhoids.
that is good you are scheduled for a colonoscopy which will look up into your colon and tell where the bleeding is from
heaviness in lower abdomen or lower back could be due to muscle strain or could be due to inflammation of your colon
you might need an abdominal ultrasound or CT scan to look inside of your body.
but the colonoscopy will look inside of the colon
are you passing large hard constipated stools when you are passing stools?

Hi. This should be considered a serious and urgent problem. We can diagnose you here and while this may only be a hemorrhoid problem the fact that you haven't had a bowel movement and your bleeding could mean colon cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, or diverticulitis. You need to see a doctor today for an evaluation even if you're scheduled for the colonoscopy. You could be very anemic at this point
