I am having pain on my left side. I've had a history of pooping red blood and there has been more in the toilet the past three days. I started vomiting yesterday.

There can be a few possibilities here.
The pain at lower left side of abdomen can be due to a few causes.
Inflammation of colon, infection, diverticulitis can cause pain here.
Those can be associated with vomiting.
Those can cause blood to pass.
Polyp usually does not cause much pain.
Urinary infection or stone is a common cause of pain with vomiting.
Ovarian cyst or pelvic inflammation/ infection can cause pain.
I would advise to get an examination by doctor.
Stool & urine test, blood work can be taken.
An ultrasound can be taken as well.
In case of infection, an antibiotic can be helpful.
Please take plenty of fluid, gatorade, oral rehydration solution.
Tylenol can be taken for pain.
