The levels of a drug in urine varies greatly from one person to another (and even from one test to another) based on the concentration of the urine.
If you are dehydrated, your urine will be very concentrated (with a high concentration of the drug), and if you have consumed a large amount of fluids, your urine (and the drug) will be very diluted.
