Hi-well I leaned over this morning making the bed=nothing vigorous, and I heard a definite crack left side just under my bra in my back. I am now limited to getting up and down or breathing deep

There can be a few possibilities.
There can be a muscle strain causing sudden pull.
A disc or spine disease can be aggravated from it causing nerve impingement.
If the pain severe & you can not move, I would suggest to take an emergency examination.
You can try to rest, take your pain medicine.
You can apply ice.
Ice should be placed wrapped in towel or cloth for 10 -15 min leaving in between for return of skin to normal temperature to avoid cold injury.
It can be repeated several times.
In simple strain, the pain would come down.
