The dizzy feeling can be due to different factors.
Common causes are dehydration, fall or changes of blood pressure, low glucose etc.
In some cases there can be feeling of vertigo which may make dizzy feeling.
Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo is a common cause of it.
Sometimes, it can be the symptom of a neurological or heart issues too.
During passing urine, there can be a syncopal state which can cause dizzy feeling.
Please take plenty of fluid to keep good hydration & take rest.
If the symptom persist, I would suggest to get an examination by doctor.
You can need different tests such as EKG, blood tests, scan etc.depending on the physical examination by doctor.
