Well, it can help.

It is most helpful right after the trauma causing the tinnitus.
That being said, even if there was some time elapse, there is still a good percentage of patients (79%) who had improved hearing and 66% who had improvement of tinnutus.

you also said most helpful after the trauma that caused tinnitus.

I cant say I had a trauma that caused it, just started one day about 7 months ago. audiologist says it is because I have a little high frequency hearing loss. my question Is would that study apply to someone like me?
