Both of my parents have the blood group of O+. My older brother is O+ also. However both me and my younger sister are B+. Is this possible? I've heard mutations can occur but twice out of three births?
I will be honest with you, this is very strange and it suggests that your parents may not actually be your parents.
It is very rare for a O blood type to have an A or B child, but with two, I agree with you- vey unusual.
You may have to get checked for paternity, if you are interested
