if I use IBU will the pain go away quick or need to take more IBU?
Is pain severe?
Have you taken IBU(Ibuprofen) already?
Swelling,redness on bottom of heel?
Duration of symptoms?
Are you taking any other medicines?
Thanks dear.

Thanks for providing additional information.
I understand your concern and it's my pleasure to help you in every aspect.
You should take Ibuprofen if pain is not improving with Tylenol as it has anti-inflammatory effects.
You can take Ibuprofen 200 mg alternately with Tylenol 500 mg every 6 hourly.
Elevate your leg.
Use crutches while walking.
If your pain'll persist then you shouldn't ignore it and consult your doctor for a clinical exam and further prescribed medicines.
Sometimes your physician will perform a steroid injection on or around the bone spur.
Surgery is a choice as well, but should be left only for cases where medical management fails.
I additionally recommend a sports massage of the feet.
Hope this helps.
