Hi--can you tell me more about your diet and what is going on with your stool?

My doctor sent my to a diet specialist, who said to eat less sweets and more veggie. I will have a medium container of carrots, and snow peas at work. For dinner a small peice of meat, a full tomato, a steam veggies. Breakfast, natural peanut butter, on whole wheat bread. Lunch left overs if i am home. Veggies container at work. I am on ramipril, and metropololo for my bp. Elavil, MIronor, Benadryl. I also take, Omaga 3, and a multi vitamin

loose, as no shape, a few weeks off and on

OK Jessie. This isn't from the diet change but it still may not be anything too serious. You need to let your doctor know about this and get a stool sample to see if you might have an infectious diarrhea with E coli or salmonella. It could be just irritable bowel syndrome but you do need to get it checked out
