This answer was rated:

This morning. I began to have a burning sensation in my head and then came down my body to my arms, face and schoulders. My arms, face and chest turned red (like a sunburn). It was less on my legs but they did turn red. It lasted for about 20-25 minutes. This also happened once in the summer.
Do you have associated red bumps on skin?
Hot flashes?
Are your periods regular?
Any weight changes?
Neck stiffness?
Body ache?
Any other medical illness?
Are you taking any medicines?
Stress and anxiety issues?
Alcohol and smoking history?
Thanks dear.

no red bumps, no itching, no hot flashes. Haven't had a period in several months, weight has gone up. No sweating, no neck stiffness, no fever. My joints have been aching. I take progestrone only birth control. No other meds. Stress is normal. I do smoke 1/2 pack a day.
