Well, having nose bleed after such incidence, should not be left ignored. This have to be checked by doctor in ER ASAP.
It can be underlying head injury, Otherwise local nasal bleeding can be possible. If required CT or MRI of head may be needed.
You may also require, oral antibiotic & anti-inflammatory treatment.
As such, a minor cut inside lip, would get heal by its own.
As such saliva itself may work as antiseptic. Further, Complete healing may take 4-7 days.
You need to follow these measures-
-Keep your head elevated and just relax until the bleeding stops.
-Apply an ice pack across the bridge of the nose, this can restrict blood vessels and aid clotting.
-You should sit down and gently squeeze the soft portion of the nose between thumb and finger (so that the nostrils are closed) for a full 10 minutes.
-Do not pack the inside of the nose with gauze.
I would recommend that you should follow above measures, and please see doctor in ER for clinical evaluation.
