I hadn't worked out for a month and I worked out 2 days in a row did lots of shoulder exercises. And now I can lift my arm up overhead. But I can't lift anything very heavy. It does not hurt at all its like my shoulder just gives out and can't lift up. Any suggestions. What could be wrong?. I have rested it for a week and not any better. Thanks Brenda
