abdominal pain in the form of bloating, bit of fullness. recurring after meals 2 hours or so after. had for 4 days. pain is not severe but at times just a bit stronger. is it an ulcer or the beginning of one?
Hi--just bloating or actual pain and any problems with heartburn or indigestion?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

sorry had to go out. no heartburn no indigestion

Actual abdominal pain, and, if so, where exactly?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

around navel and a bit below, is not severe, is like I need a bowel

movement kind of pain. right now is has calmed down, but I still have a bit of bloatiness.

OK--have you ever had a colonoscopy?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

no not yet. I had an endoscopy

OK. You aren't describing the typical symptoms of a peptic ulcer which can be heartburn, upper abdominal pain, and sometimes pain radiating to the back. While this may only be a brief bout of irritable bowel syndrome which is nothing very serious, considering your age you should have your doctor evaluate this and get a colonoscopy to look for polyps or colon inflammation
