Hi--any swelling of the legs?

i sit all day at work and if i don't elevate my legs at times, yes they will swell. no pain and i am over weight 200lbs.

OK. Diabetic dermopathy can be the cause here and it's harmless, just somewhat unsightly. That said, a condition call Addison's disease which is a problem with low cortisol output from the adrenal glands can also cause this so it would be best to have your doctor evaluate this and check your cortisol levels
