Hello Afreen,

You have osteoarthritis. Right knee is more affected than the left. These supplements help in rebuild the cartilage;

1) Omega-3 fatty acids, such as fish oil,
2) SAMe (s-adenosyl-L-methionine), 600 mg daily.

Dear Docto - thanks for your input. Sorry to bother you again. But I have always this cracking my knee feeling. Whereby, if i crack my knee i feel relaxed. What do I do about it. I will follow your tips and hope to recover. Thanksfully there is not pain now. but I'm always scared it may start.
